It wasn't mentioned, but I assume that the rebuild FTC command returns success almost immediately, and merely initiates the rebuild, rather than completing it? - Wasn't made clear in the video if that's the case, or if the AdventureWorks FTC catalog is so small it completes almost immediately...

Good information. Are there any deltas from 2005 to 2008 on full text index features? That might make for an interesting piece also.

Maybe it is me but this simple concept could be explained a lot faster and add something extra e.g. 2005 vs. 2008

it didn't tell you anything about *altering" a full text index. it only told you how to rebuild one.
