While the basics of the video are correct, there are a few things that were poorly done. 1. Job step name should always be descriptive. Just calling the job step "Main" is awful. 2. Job schedule names should reference the job's name. This is necessary if you ever look at your schedules via the Manage Schedule view. If they are just called "Daily" or "Weekly" you'll have great difficulty matching a schedule to a job. 3. When setting up the Daily schedule, you forgot to uncheck Sunday. For some reason Microsoft SQL Server always has Sunday checked by default.

Andy Warren on 11/14/2009
R Michael, that's totally fair criticism, I'll try harder in future videos! The bad naming I don't have a good excuse for, just a habit built years ago and not much thought about any more.

oliver on 11/16/2009
i Found it Crystal clear to understand. Mind you i started using sql recently.

Bala on 12/17/2009
nice

Xavier on 1/13/2010
very good covered the basics

Very nice. There is one small issue not a major one, in the first step when the job is Mod-Fri the presenter also checked the Sunday Box. Sorry for the nitpicking..
