I would have rated it a 5 if it had gone morwe into detail about the Query Plan objects (unless you have another video that does this)

The idea behind the video was just to put across the basic concept. If you click the author link, there are a ton of other videos that explain a lot of the other operators. The video titled "How to fix a bookmark lookup" gets into methods of actually fixing stuff like table scans and key lookups.
