Maybe explain what some of the other data types that are available. You used the database date type in the example, but there were clearly other date types. What are some of the differences. It may be confusing as to which date type to pick unless you understand the differences.

The training itself is very useful and user-friendly. The only suggestion I might make is that you need higher quality audio.
